Raashii Khanna Shares Glimpses With Rajinikanth and Ram Pothineni as ‘Dharman’ Shoot Continues in Mysuru

The actress took to Instagram to share a series of photographs from her time in Mysuru, where the team is currently filming the fourth schedule of director Ashwath Marimuthu's action drama. One of the pictures features Raashii alongside Rajinikanth and Ram Pothineni.

Sharing details of her experience on the schedule, Raashii wrote, “A little glimpse into the world I have been living in for a while now in Mysore. Early morning workouts with Rajini sir and Ram, because apparently the day starts before the day starts. A little temple hopping, a little wandering, some UNO and lots of laughter.”

She also gave a special mention to the local cuisine, adding, “And yes, the Mysore dosa deserved its own moment.”

The Mysuru leg of *Dharman* comes after the completion of the film's third schedule in Chennai. The fourth schedule was planned for around 10 days, with the team continuing work on the film at a brisk pace.

Director Ashwath Marimuthu had earlier spoken about Rajinikanth's enthusiasm for the project, saying the superstar was pleased with the pace and quality of the film's progress. At an event in Chennai, the filmmaker also opened up about his initial nervousness about working with the veteran actor.

“I am now comfortable working with Thalaivar. I was very scared initially,” Marimuthu had said, adding that Rajinikanth's work ethic had made the experience much easier. He described the actor as being highly energetic and enthusiastic on set despite his decades-long career.

The third schedule of *Dharman* began on September 16. Around the same time, Marimuthu shared a behind-the-scenes clip on X featuring Rajinikanth and Raashii Khanna. In the video, Rajinikanth is seen seated with his back to the camera while speaking with Raashii during a scene.

The film's second schedule had wrapped on September 4 after beginning on August 13. Raaj Kamal Films International, which is producing the project, marked the completion with a behind-the-scenes video from the shoot. One sequence showed Rajinikanth portraying a senior medical faculty member addressing junior doctors.

The makers had earlier generated interest around the film with a making video showcasing the process behind Rajinikanth's look. Marimuthu also shared a new poster of the actor and teased the hairstyle and appearance designed for the character.

Produced by Kamal Haasan and R Mahendran, *Dharman* stars Rajinikanth as a doctor who finds himself taking on criminals. Kamal Haasan had previously announced the title with the line “Dharmame vellum,” meaning “Only Dharma will win.”

The film's title poster features Rajinikanth inside an operating theatre, holding a scalpel while standing over what appears to be the body of a slain criminal, hinting at the action-heavy nature of the story.

*Dharman* has music by Anirudh, with Niketh Bommi handling cinematography and Pradeep E Raghav serving as editor. The film is co-produced by S Disney.
