Playback singer Armaan Malik has spoken about the importance of patience and gratitude, explaining how these values can help people navigate personal challenges, manage expectations, and appreciate their journey.

The singer, who has lent his voice to the song *Sabar*, said the track carries a message about finding happiness in the journey rather than focusing solely on reaching a particular destination.

Part of *Bhoomi 2026*, the song features music by Salim–Sulaiman and lyrics by Shraddha Pandit. Rooted in themes of patience, gratitude and self-reflection, the track also resonates with Malik's own experiences as an artist pursuing long-held ambitions.

Speaking about his association with the song, Malik said its musical composition and underlying message immediately appealed to him. He described recording the track for the Salim–Sulaiman-led project as a rewarding vocal challenge and said he believed it was among his strongest performances as a singer.

Malik also connected the song's message to his personal journey, particularly the dreams he has pursued over the years through his original music. He said the track serves as a reminder to continue believing in one's aspirations while trusting the process.

The singer noted that constant exposure to other people's achievements can make it easy to feel left behind. He emphasised that everyone follows a different path and that comparing personal progress with someone else's milestones can often create unnecessary pressure.

According to Malik, patience helps people accept that their journeys will unfold at different speeds, while gratitude encourages them to recognise and appreciate what they already have.

He added that pursuing ambitious goals should not mean dismissing one's present achievements or feeling that the current stage of life is inadequate.

Through *Sabar*, Malik hopes listeners will find an opportunity to pause, reflect and develop a greater sense of peace with their circumstances. He also expressed hope that the song would offer encouragement to those experiencing setbacks or struggling to achieve their goals as planned.

Beyond its central message, the singer hopes the track's musicality will inspire aspiring vocalists to practise, develop their skills and rediscover the joy of singing.

With its focus on patience, perspective and appreciation, *Sabar* offers a reminder that personal growth is not defined solely by the destination, but also by the experiences and lessons gathered along the way.
