Sonakshi Sinha Teases Love and Obsession in *Tu Hai Meri Kiran* First Look With Zaheer Iqbal

The film marks Sonakshi's second on-screen collaboration with her husband, actor Zaheer Iqbal.

Sharing the first-look poster on social media, Sonakshi posed a question to her followers: "Where would you draw the line between LOVE and OBSESSION?"

The poster features Sonakshi and Zaheer seated opposite each other at a table. While Sonakshi appears to be looking away, Zaheer's character is seen watching her intently, immediately establishing an uneasy dynamic between the two.

The tagline on the poster reads, "She found a connection. He found an obsession."

The film's title and October 23, 2026 release date are also featured on the poster.

Sonakshi captioned the post, "Where would you draw the line between LOVE and OBSESSION? #TuHaiMeriKiran in cinemas 23rd October. Stay tuned."

Written and directed by Karan Rawal, the film is produced by Vishal Rana under Echelon Productions in association with PAM Studios and AND Productions. Sonakshi and Zaheer headline the project.

*Tu Hai Meri Kiran* is the pair's second feature-film collaboration after *Double XL*, which released in 2022. Directed by Satram Ramani, the film also starred Huma Qureshi and Mahat Raghavendra.

Off screen, Sonakshi and Zaheer kept their relationship largely private before making it official with their wedding in June 2024.

The couple first met at a gathering at Salman Khan's residence. They later recalled that they spent hours talking after attending the screening of *Tubelight* on June 23, 2017, marking the beginning of their relationship.

Sonakshi has previously spoken about keeping their romance away from the public eye, citing the intense attention surrounding their personal lives and her belief in protecting the relationship from *nazar*.

Seven years after they began dating, Sonakshi and Zaheer married on June 23, 2024, under the Special Marriage Act at the actress's Mumbai residence.

With its first look, *Tu Hai Meri Kiran* sets up a darker take on romance, centred on the increasingly complicated space between emotional connection and obsession.
