Alia Bhatt’s mother Soni Razdan wishes ‘the best man in the house’ Ranbir Kapoor on his 44th birthday

Soni Razdan marked Ranbir Kapoor’s birthday with a warm family tribute, calling the actor the “best man in the house” and sending him love and blessings.

Sharing the birthday message on social media, Soni wrote, “Happy Birthday to the best man in the house. Loads of love and duas always #ranbir.”

Alongside the message, Soni posted a candid family photograph featuring Ranbir, Alia Bhatt and their daughter Raha Kapoor. Ranbir can be seen smiling at the camera, while Alia stands beside her mother and shares an affectionate moment with her. Little Raha is also part of the frame, although her face has been concealed to protect her privacy.

The photograph appears to have been taken during the Kapoor-Bhatt family’s Christmas celebrations, offering a glimpse into one of the family’s more intimate moments.

Ranbir and Alia have been careful about keeping their daughter away from excessive media attention since her birth. The couple has consistently expressed their wish to give Raha as normal and private a childhood as possible despite their high-profile careers.

Alia and Ranbir first grew close while working together on Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra. Their relationship developed during the making of the fantasy drama, and after dating for several years, the two got married in an intimate ceremony at their Mumbai residence in April 2022.

The couple welcomed Raha later that year, in November.

On the professional front, Alia and Ranbir are set to share the screen again in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s period drama Love & War. The film also features Vicky Kaushal in a key role.

Ranbir is also preparing for the release of Nitesh Tiwari’s highly anticipated Ramayana: Part 1, where he portrays Lord Ram. Sai Pallavi will play Sita, while Yash takes on the role of Ravana. Sunny Deol and Ravi Dubey are set to portray Hanuman and Lakshman, respectively.

Ramayana: Part 1 is scheduled to arrive in theatres on November 6, 2026.
