Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Wears Crown at Paris Fashion Week, Joins Global Stars on Stage

The actress attended the event at Place Joffre on September 28, with the Eiffel Tower providing the backdrop for the star-studded gathering. The occasion brought together personalities including Kendall Jenner, Eva Longoria, Céline Dion, Simone Ashley, Viola Davis, Jane Fonda, Cara Delevingne and Andie MacDowell.

Aishwarya was seen sharing the stage with the other global personalities, enjoying the celebratory atmosphere and even wearing a crown during her appearance on the runway.

For the occasion, the actress opted for a deep velvet ensemble featuring elaborate detailing and a crystal-embellished cape. Her newly unveiled burgundy-red hair added a contemporary touch to the look.

Images and videos from the event quickly made their way across social media, with several users praising Aishwarya’s appearance and referring to her as “royalty”.

Another video from the event captured Aishwarya sharing a warm moment backstage with Eva Longoria, highlighting the camaraderie between the two stars.

Aishwarya had recently been spotted at Mumbai International Airport as she travelled to Paris to attend the fashion event.

Her association with major international fashion and cinema events stretches back more than two decades. She made her Cannes Film Festival debut in 2002 for the premiere of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s *Devdas*, which was screened at the prestigious festival.

Aishwarya attended the premiere alongside Bhansali and her *Devdas* co-star Shah Rukh Khan. The trio made a memorable arrival in a horse-drawn carriage, with Aishwarya dressed in a traditional yellow saree.

The following year, she returned to Cannes as a member of the feature-film jury, becoming the first Indian actress to serve in that capacity.
