ServiceNow launched two new AI solutions, AI Workflow Factory and Autonomous Engineer, aimed at helping enterprises identify opportunities for automation and deploy AI-powered workflows across the organisation.
The announcement was made at the company's World Forum event in Mumbai, where ServiceNow said the new offerings are designed to help businesses address operational challenges arising from fragmented systems and legacy infrastructure.
The company said the tools are intended to help enterprises automate and scale business processes more quickly while maintaining human oversight and governance through ServiceNow's AI Control Tower platform.
Amit Zavery, President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Product Officer at ServiceNow, said businesses were increasingly moving beyond questions about whether AI could improve operations and were instead focused on how quickly they could achieve measurable results while maintaining safety and scale.
AI Workflow Factory brings together process analysis, workflow development and deployment capabilities as part of a continuous improvement framework.
The platform uses process mining to identify areas where businesses can improve their operations. Autonomous Engineer and other AI capabilities can then be used to develop, test and deploy changes to workflows.
ServiceNow said the approach enables businesses to automate processes across different departments while retaining human oversight over important decisions and outcomes.
Technology partners also backed the initiative, saying the new tools could help enterprises move beyond isolated AI experiments towards broader adoption across organisations, with greater emphasis on governance and measurable business outcomes.
The company said the solutions could be particularly useful in highly regulated sectors such as banking, financial services, insurance and telecommunications, where transparency, auditability and control are important requirements.
ServiceNow also highlighted findings from its 2026 Enterprise AI Maturity Index, which indicated that enterprise AI investment in India had increased 119 per cent over the previous year.
The company said the growth in AI investment reflected rising demand among Indian enterprises for solutions capable of converting AI deployments into measurable operational and business outcomes.
